STAMP is based on benchmarks consistent with the ACTFL Performance Guidelines.
Designed to be independent of specific textbook or curriculum, STAMP was designed to address a cost-effective, easy-to-administer proficiency assessment in presentational speaking, interpretative reading and presentational writing.
